Unlike other telemarketing bureaux, I - Paul - am the fellow who gets on the phone for all of my clients. So you can be absolutely sure your firm's image is not going to be peddled or tarnished by an inexperienced kid who doesn't know how to talk with people, doesn't understand how the business world works and doesn't know how to keep records properly for their own or other people's use in the future. Frankly, I believe that the only way to do this job properly is to make calls in a way which I wouldn’t mind receiving them myself: Not intrusive, not pushy, nor insincere and when properly briefed and researched. I like to empower the prospective customers I speak with by giving them information which enlightens and informs them about the product or service I am offering and give them time to consider the proposal before helping them make a buying decision. Isn’t this how you like to make buying decisions yourself?

I don't demand a long term contract / commitment from the people I work for: I don't expect you to obligate yourself to giving me a hundred or more hours' work as a pre-condition to taking me on. I simply trust that if the project is successful then you will likely naturally want to voluntarily remain one of my customers into the longer term of your own volition. Engaging me really is inexpensive too and will cost you considerably less than either using the services of most if not all the other telemarketing firms advertising here or alternatively employing your own staff full time.

I offer part time outbound calling, mystery shopping and call answering / receiving. I also have lots of IT and database processing skills (a leftover from my previous working life) that most small businesses would find incredibly useful. I maintain my own CRM system and am very organised in how I work / what I do as the many testimonials on my site attest.
