Our programmes are
created uniquely for you, but we have a proven method that will allow
us to design a programme to achieve your goals and allow you to be
clear about the outcome. The change to your team and the change in
your activity and results will be different ... guaranteed!
Firstly,
we don't just train...we run workshops that involve every member of the
team, even the unwilling! The day is created for you, with your goals,
but the team creates the outcomes of the day within your framework. At
the end of the day they are committed to make changes the next day, the
next week, and onwards.
...A bit like New Year's Resolutions? .... They would be except that we then work with you and them weekly to make sure you are all achieving what you set out to do.
On
top of this, we'll run workshops regularly (usually every 3 months but
this does depend on which programme suits you best) to learn more, get
better at working as a team and plan the next period in other training
workshops. As each period passes your teams standards increase, their goals become more ambitious, and you will be amazed at the results they produce.
We
meet the Sales Managers and find out what they want to achieve, what
the current situation is including the strengths and weaknesses within
their team. Once we understand the challenges as perceived by the
leaders we then talk to key individuals within the Team. You would
select some high performers and some problem people. We would talk to
them one to one to find out what their perceptions of the business and
themselves are. We also can observe the team in action in their day to
day telesales role. From this point we have a clearly defined objective
and know what needs to be done to get there. At the end of this day we
will have created a detailed action plan ready for the Telesales Team.
We
do this a lot, and produce great results for our clients. We recognise
that training, activity levels, the quality of the database, all
contribute to success of a telemarketer. However, we also know that the mental state of anybody embarking on cold calling is absolutely key to success. So our training days are intended to work at the skills and the mental level.
At the end of the day everyone commits to the activity levels and goals they will achieve.
The feedback we get from the day is that it was great fun and inspiring. When
we ask people their most valuable lessons we hear its about the
structure they have, the commitment to activity, and the confidence to
go ahead and achieve their goals.
