When you start working with Prospect Research, we will allocate you a dedicated Account Manager who you will meet and be in regular contact with about your telemarketing campaign. Any leads or appointments are sent to you on the day they are generated, and your Account Manager will also send you frequent reports so you can monitor the effectiveness of your telemarketing campaign.

Communication is essential so we can give you the best service, and we keep a close relationship with all our clients.

Prospect Research believes that for you to get the most out of telemarketing, it should become an integral part of your sales process. We will spend time with you to understand what you want us to achieve, what your criteria is for a great appointment, who your target markets are (and why) and key things for us to say to make perspective clients listen.

No robot callers here at Prospect Research. We will put together a call structure to ensure that we are covering all the questions and issues that are needed to fully qualify any sales lead or appointment that we generate for you.

We will purchase any necessary company data and integrate the reports we send you, containing our telemarketing results, with your databases and systems. Or, if you prefer, you can provide us with your database, which we will update and refine.
