carried out on your premises. This enables anyone we are working with
to see their greatest potential in their surroundings. Its all very
well and good taking someone out of their normal working environment
and going rah rah rah to them, but this enthusiasm soon fades if they
cant see how it can be achieved in their normal place of work.
Part
of their success is due to the team's success and the support and back
up an individual would receive 'in' their normal place of employment.
Therefore,
our culture is to develop 'their' culture in a positive and directional
manner which can be measured by results and attitudes of the
individuals from the training they have received. Founder of Experience-GB, Andrew has had over 25 years within the motor
industry and direct sales markets. Upon leaving school he went straight
into the motor industry as a motor mechanic, became a member of the
RTITB, (Road Transport Industrial Training Board) and won the
apprentice of the year at NORCAT (Norfolk Collage of Arts and
Technology Kings Lynn in Norfolk) in 1979. He developed through the
motor, finance and marketing channels working with BMW, Mercedes,
Chrysler Jeep, Ford and Honda. Following this he gaining a degree in
sales and marketing at Cambridge whilst working with Yell. Andrew is
very passionate about his business and always leads from the front,
believing that to 'show' is far better that to 'tell'. Diane has over 15 years working directly within sales and marketing,
mainly within the motor industry. She has also controlled major
accounts within the public sector developing and securing a great deal
of business from personal referrals and recommendations, a true
reflection of her professionalism at all times and the 'buzz' she
creates. Diane also controls the logistical side of Experience-GB, no
easy feet with business expanding as it is. Simon has been involved with Experience-GB from its early days and has
been an integral part of its development within new brands over the
past few years securing and developing business within BMW, Mitsubishi
and recently VW. He has been involved within the motor industry for
over 20 years with extensive experience in sales management and the
development of green field sites. David has again been with Experience-GB almost since its birth. He did
leave once but saw the error of his ways and came back to the fold! He
has accumulated over 20 years of experience within the motor industry
working his way through the grades from sales executive, business
manager through to Dealer principal. David is our IT guru, an essential
asset with all the different types of computer systems out there and
often called upon. After graduating from Sheffield University and gaining his degree,
Simon has accumulated over 25 years in the motor industry; Simon has
gained a vast amount of experience working with several different
franchises. Again, working through the grades up to Franchise manager.
Simon has achieved some excellent results with the programme. Kevin also has a multitude of experience working within the motor and
public retail sectors, both within man management and running
successful businesses. He progressed through the channels of sales
executive to sales manager within the Mercedes-Benz dealerships and has
proven to be an excellent asset to our company with a wide variety of
skills. Joy comes to us with a wealth of experience working within training and
development of the recruitment and telesales marketing industry. She
has spent the last ten years developing major accounts within this
sector and has come across to us to get back to a more 'hands on'
association with our clients and their databases, a position she excels
at. Having started in the motor trade in 1988 with Rover, Andy has worked
for Ford, Nissan, Mercedes and Audi. During his time in the industry he
has worked as a Salesman, Business Manager, Sales Manager, Group Sales
Manager and Group Sales Director providing him with a vast amount of
retail knowledge which he brings to our clients. Having joined
Experience GB in 2005 Andy is as enthusiastic today as he was the day
he joined the company and delights in dealerships success! |
